How My Fees Work
Each trip is different, and planning fees are based on the scope and complexity of your travel—such as destination, length, number of travelers, and overall logistics.
After our initial consultation, I’ll provide a clear proposal outlining the recommended level of service and associated fee.
For hotel or cruise bookings, I typically do not charge a planning fee. Through my preferred partnerships, you’ll still receive exclusive amenities and VIP recognition at select properties—benefits not available when booking on your own.
For more customized travel, a planning fee allows me to focus entirely on designing the right experience for you. It also enables me to recommend the best options without being limited to commission-based inventory—including independent boutique properties and lesser-known retreats.
The result is thoughtful, unbiased guidance and a trip intentionally designed around your priorities.
